Paper Description
Paper Structure
The responsibility for the 599 Report of an Investigation lies with the student. The students will choose a suitable topic for the 599 project in consultation with the supervisor. The supervisor will assist the student in:
- the development of the proposal
- the research itself and
- the writing up of the results of the research as a report.
The students are expected to consult their supervisors regularly (fortnightly) concerning the progress of their research. The supervisor must approve any substantial changes in the research report.
The results of 599 projects are to be written up in report form and will normally be 13,000 words. The draft should be submitted no later than one month before the final date for completion of the project. The date is recorded on the Learning Agreement signed by the student and the supervisor.
